- If your expected arrival will be after 6:00 PM, please advise us via phone by 5:00 PM on the day of check-in.
- Please note, check-out time of 11:00 AM will be strictly enforced and we may reserve the right to delay check-in time to allow for additional cleaning, if necessary.

Payment, cancellation, & refund policy
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Cash. No personal checks will be accepted at the time of check-in.
Nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking equal to 1 night stay plus tax. Remaining balance is due upon check-in. Upon check-in, payment, and receipt of key, no refunds. No Refunds on early departures. No-shows and reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival date are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 30 days in advance of arrival are refundable.
Reductions to the length of stay requested at the time of arrival are subject to a handling and administration fee equal to 60% of the total of the cancelled nights.
Additional motel rules & regulations
- Policy regarding additional charges: The balance due upon check-in may not be your final bill. We reserve the right to charge the card on file any time after arrival and/or check-out if other fees are incurred.
- The "Inn" Between the Beaches Villager Motel is a smoke-free property. $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if we determine you have smoked in your room.
- No pets except in designated pet rooms. $200 cleaning fee will be assessed if we determine the presence of a pet in regular accommodations.
- Missing, lost, or stolen keys: $175 fee will be assessed for re-keying and replacement. If key is returned within 10 business days of check out, your credit card will be refunded.
- We reserve the right to assess a fee for any property damage or excessive cleaning, including sand found in sink and shower drains. Beach toys, beach shoes, surf boards, and wetsuits must remain outside the room.
- Assigned parking provided for 1 car per reservation. Additional parking is $25 per car per night when available. Must be requested in advance.
- Per the Fire Department and Board of Health, no BBQs allowed on the premises and no cooking allowed inside Motel rooms.
- Fireworks, sparklers, and open flame are not permitted on the premises. No lit candles allowed in the rooms.
- Unregistered visiting day guests are not permitted on the premises. Pool and facilities use is for registered guests only. Overnight guests must register with the office and an additional fee will be assessed per guest per night.
- All vehicles must be removed from the premises upon checkout at 11:00AM. Sorry, we do not offer day parking or beach parking.
- Bath towels are provided for in-room use. Dark washcloths and makeup remover towelettes are provided for cosmetics/makeup removal. We reserve the right to assess a towel replacement fee for any of our white bath towels returned stained with cosmetics. Pool and beach towels are not provided.
NOTICE REGARDING ADDITIONAL GUESTS
All rates are based on double occupancy (two adults). An additional fee per person applies on reservations of more than two (2) people, when reserved at the time of booking. Maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room.
UNRESERVED ADDITIONAL GUEST POLICY: Additional unreserved guests who present at check-in or are observed to be staying in the room will be charged to the credit card on file at a rate of $50.00 per person per night. Additional unreserved guests over the maximum occupancy per room charged at a rate of $75.00 per person per night. If you have inadvertently reserved for the incorrect number of guests, please contact us prior to check-in at (207) 363-2155 to adjust.
